Let me start this post with an apology. Sorry it has taken so long to post anything. The holidays are over. Thanksgiving turkey slowed me down. The Christmas ham and eggnog leaped right to my jelly roll (didn't get gym membership as a gift). And the New Years champagne has worn off. So I have no more excuses.
I will pickup with the last installment of How To Get Things Done On Web 2.0. This week its all about webpages. We all visit webpages at some point in our day. At home or work, typing www into a browser has become apart of our daily lives. But have you ever wanted to save a webpage for viewing later? There are plenty of services that will allow you to do this as bookmarks, but what happens if that webpage is no longer active?
Here's where my little tip comes in handy in four well known web browsers. Each method will save a copy of all the essential components and code from the webpage locally to your harddrive. Once the file is saved you now have an archived copy of that page, even if the webpage is no longer available from the hosting Internet Service Provider (ISP).
